Belair Homeowners Dues & Assessments are billed annually on January 1st of each year.

 

Belair Homeowners Dues & Assessments are billed in arrears. Therefore, when a home is sold we will need to be notified in order to calculate the proration based off of the act of sale date.

It is because of the BHOA dues billing in arrears that every homeowner will at least owe a portion of $200.00 upon date of closing.

 

The new homeowners will not owe until billed on January 1st of the coming year.
