Belair Homeowners Dues & Assessments are billed annually on January 1st of each year.

 

Belair Homeowners Dues & Assessments are billed in two parts. The first part is the BHOA dues (currently $68.50) which are billed in arrears and are prorated based on selling date. The second part is the BHOA special assessment (currently $125.00) which was voted in by the general membership to start 2007 & run for 5 years. This part is owed by whoever owns the lot on January 1 st of the given year, and it is not prorated. The special assessment covers the running of the day to day activities of the Belair Community Center

 

It is because of the BHOA dues billing in arrears that every homeowner will at least owe a portion of $68.50 upon date of closing.

 

The new homeowners will not owe until billed on January 1st of the coming year.
