Our community boasts its own unique amenities. From tennis courts, community pool, walking trail and playground, you will feel at home among great neighbors in your Belair home. In the future you will see additional amenities added as funds allow, such as a basket ball court, as well as other exciting additions.

Our Community Center is available for rental. The Community Center is equipped with complete kitchen (minus an oven cook top), plus 4 dinning tables with 4 wooden chairs each, 4 buffet style tables along with chairs for your private functions. You may reserve the CC for your event up to 6 months in advance.

There is a charge to rent the center, along with a reasonable cleaning/damage deposit that is also required to secure your reservation. The deposit is 100% refundable if the Community Center is left in clean and good condition.

Because you, our valued Homeowner, are our #1 priority, we do not allow outside residents or for-profit providers to reserve the center, so you can be assured that this resident-only amenity is available for your special event.
