2009 Annual Meeting of the Homeowner's
The 2009 BHOA Annual Homeowner's Meeting will be be held July 14,2009 at the Community Center. The meeting be begin @ 7:00 p.m.

2009 Pool Opening
It's that time of year again! We invite everyone out to enjoy the facility. The hours of operation are posted under the Hours of Operation Section of this page. Should you need anything or have any questions, please feel free to stop by the office during normal office hours or send a message to the Manager via the Contact Us page.
We strive to make the summers a fun and safe place for our young children to play. So please adhere to all rules and be respectful to others. This is our Community and it takes all of us to make it an enjoyable place to live!
2008 DUES AND 2009 SPECIAL ASSESSMENT INVOICES - PAST DUE
The annual BHOA invoices were sent out in January. As of this date if the invoice has not been paid then it has begun to accrue finance charges and being sent to the BHOA Attorney. Leins will begin to be filed as of June 15, 2009.
Homeowners that have outstanding dues are not permitted to use the common areas or attend community events. Payment can be made at the office during normal business hours are received through the mail, our address is P.O. Box 6541 Slidell, LA 70460.
Remember, everything in our community is accomplished with the payment of the yearly dues and the volunteer work of fellow homeowners. Anyone wanting to give their time and skills please feel free to contact the office as volunteers are needed at all times.
